Comments

When website visitors leave comments, we gather the data shown in the feedback form as well  as the visitor’s IP address and the user agent string of the browser to assist with detecting spam.

An anonymous chain created from your e-mail address (also called hash) can also be forwarded to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your image profile is publicly visible within the context of your comment.

Tools

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include location data (GPS EXIF). Website visitors can download and extract any location data from website images.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognise and automatically approve successive comments instead of keeping them in a restraining queue.

ZENDAL ensures the correct use and treatment of the user’s personal data, complying with current regulations: 

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and by which Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter, GDPR) is repealed.
  • Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. 

Personal data processing 

Legitimation or legal basis: The legitimacy of the processing of personal data that you provide through this website or through the forms that are provided, may be based on the different causes assessed in article 6 of the GDPR. In general, personal data processing activities are carried out to comply with legal obligations, to fulfill missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred to ZENDAL, or because you have given your consent through clear affirmative action. 

Purpose and conservation: The processing of personal data will be limited to the minimum necessary to carry out the purposes for which they have been requested. The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data. The provisions of the Spanish archives and documentary heritage regulations will apply. It is up to the interested party to update their own data; ZENDAL will not be responsible for its inaccuracy if the changes that may have occurred are not communicated.
